The GCC Commercial Arbitration Center is organizing the "First GCC Law and Arbitration Week" from January 26-30, 2025.
The week will witness the participation of more than 1,000 prominent figures from the leadership of business, investment, economy, and law, as well as senior executives and influential decision-makers in major business sectors both locally and internationally in the fields of energy, transportation, housing, real estate development, urbanization, and major engineering projects.
This leading event will also feature more than 1,000 participants from the largest engineering, accounting, financial, and legal consultancy firms, as well as legal leaders from both the public and private sectors, and prominent experts in the field of judiciary, law, arbitration, and dispute resolution both in the GCC and globally.
Several ministries and specialized authorities in the fields of finance, business, investment, economy, and energy will participate to discuss the most important legislations and laws related to investment and major business projects, along with the challenges and policies that pertain to enhancing trade, investment, and economy in the GCC and globally in the sectors of transportation, logistics services, supply chains, maritime law and real estate development in the GCC countries.
